• Implemented "rubber bullets" to intimidate fleeing civilians
• Fixed an issue where this mod would break No Mercy's fake sentry script and prevent civilians from staying down because of them. how ironic
• Fixed an issue where a civilian who was saved by a Medic could become un-interactable.
• Rewrote code so that this mod is 90% less likely to cause conflicts in the future

Yeah so I forgot my password to paydaymods so I couldn't upload this for a long time. when I remembered my password again i forgot to upload the fix, multiple times. Thanks to Kuziz and Alcat for pinging me multiple times to fix this until the thought finally caught in my sieve-like brain.
