Bug Fixes
- Shotgun Slugs now penetrate more reliably through shields
- Shotgun Slugs now have their intended 50% falloff minimum damage instead of 0% falloff minimum damage.

- YOMCMods has been rewritten to have better compatibility with other mods.
- Script disabling skins from giving stat boosts has been disabled.
